BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Hall is the President of Manchester Construction Management and has over 23 years experience in the construction industry. Mr. Hall currently manages the construction of Manchester Financial Group's newest development, The Grand Del Mar, luxury hotel, villa, and golf resort. Prior to joining Manchester Financial Group, Mr. Hall was a Vice President and Operations Manager for Turner Construction Company, completing a variety of construction projects including office, municipal, hotel, pharmaceutical, R&D, residential, tenant improvement, warehouse/distribution center and industrial projects. Prior to his construction career, Mr. Hall was a Petty Officer Second Class – Officer Candidate Recommendation in the United States Navy. He was the Command and Control Officer of all air-war and navigation schedules for Fleet 7 and an Air Intercept Controller responsible for 32 men. He held a top-secret clearance and was responsible for administration and security of Nuclear Weapons.
