BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Eldredge, with over 17 years of commercial real estate experience, has been responsible for all commercial property acquisitions and dispositions since joining Manchester Financial Group in 1999. Mr. Eldredge also executes and oversees the management and leasing of M Commercial Properties' (a Manchester Financial Group entity) holdings in San Diego. Mr. Eldredge has been instrumental in the acquisition, ownership, and development of key properties including the Manchester Business and Research Park, Manchester Plaza, and the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego second tower expansion. Prior to joining Manchester Financial Group, Mr. Eldredge spent 12 years as a commercial real estate broker for CB Richard Ellis, specializing in the leasing and sales of industrial and research and development buildings with a portfolio value in excess of $500 million.
